Developing Project Budgets: Aligning Project Work Plans and Resource Allocation

Apr 13 @ 12:00pm

One of the critical principles of project design is ensuring that the project budget reflects and supports other project components. In fact, one of the factors which often results in applications losing points in the ANA application review process is that budgets aren’t clearly connected to project work plans. A second problem that impacts application rankings is when budget components don’t meet Code of Federal Regulation requirements.

This webinar will focus on solving potential budget issues and helping you design projects and prepare applications with budgets that reflect your project’s scope of work and meet federal requirements.

Learning Objectives

You will learn how to:

Recognize the relationship between your project’s budget and other project design elements
Understand the relationship between your project’s budget and your organization’s policies and priorities
Build awareness of how to navigate provisions of 45 CFR Part 75
