ANA Privacy Policy

The Western Region Training & Technical Assistance Center and Kauffman & Associates, Inc. are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our website. We never sell your information to any third parties, and we do not share information with anyone outside of the Western Region TTA Center and the Administration for Native Americans.

We do not collect any personal information about you other than information you voluntarily provide and site usage information that is not personally identifying.

Information You Voluntarily Provide

Information you voluntarily provide is used to deliver services to you (for example, to contact you for TA sessions or to register you for a training). Grantee organizational information (for example, the name of your organization and your work contact information) is shared among ANA grantees to facilitate networking and building program capacity. We may also use your information to compile statistics on our events and to evaluate the effectiveness of our outreach. Your information is never sold to third parties or shared with anyone outside of the Administration for Native Americans and its grantees.

Site Usage Information

We collect web-based information from site visitors such as IP addresses, browser types, referring URLs, domain types (e.g., .com or .org), or search terms used by search engines to find our website. This information is not personally identifiable, which means it is collected anonymously from all visitors and is never connected with your name, organization, or any other personal information. RegOnline (privacy policy)
RegOnline is the registration service we use to gather information from registrants for trainings and webinars. This information is used administratively by the Western Region TTA Center to measure attendance at training events and to contact you for training/webinar follow-up activities, such as evaluations.

Google+ Communities (privacy policy)
Google+ Communities is the service that hosts the Western Region Virtual Community. We do not gather personal information from Google+ Communities, except to measure how the service is being used by grantees.

Facebook (privacy policy)
The Western Region TTA Center maintains a Facebook page to foster communication and outreach to grantees and other interested parties.

Twitter (privacy policy)
The Western Region TTA Center maintains a Twitter account to share information of interest to grantees and other interested parties.

Links to Other Websites

Our policy discloses the privacy practices for, but our site provides links to other websites. When you leave, you will be going to sites that are beyond our control. We try to ensure that links that leave our site are opened in a new window so that you know you are leaving our site. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. The privacy policies and procedures described here for do not apply to any external links.
